What is your order process?

What is your production lead time?

Our production lead time varies depending on the requested custom-jewelry. We start the production process once the down payment or full payment has been verified.
  • Photo Laser Pendant: 7-15 working days
  • Necklaces, Rings, and Bracelets: 5-7 working days
Please provide an image with good quality with high resolution for optimal results.

What can I do to secure my order?

  1. Always keep your lines open. The rider might call or text you if he has some concerns with your location.
  2. Always prepare cash for your order and delivery payments or leave payment to a trusted person if you will not be at home during delivery schedule.
  3. Delivery schedules may vary. It can be earlier than our estimated time-frame or later. If you're not always at home and there's no one to claim/receive the package at your address, consider requesting a branch pick-up instead of parcel delivery.
  4. If you requested a branch pick-up, you must claim it within 48 hours.
  5. There are only 2 delivery attempts to the recipient's address before the order gets sent back to the sender. Make sure you are available for the scheduled delivery to avoid any additional re-shipping fee.
  6. Do not reject/decline the parcel. If you have any concerns, contact us immediately.
  7. We highly encourage recording a video of you opening the parcel to make sure that you have received your orders correctly and in perfect condition.
