Return Policy

Do you process returns?

To be eligible for a return, the item must have been damaged during the shipping process and not as a result of improper use or handling.
Once we receive the damaged item and confirm that it was damaged during delivery, we will issue a replacement for the full/lower purchase price of the item.

How can a product qualify for the return process?

We require proof that the damage occurred during delivery and was not caused by the recipient. This proof can include photographs, videos, or any other relevant documentation.
